Laminate printing is applied for laminate decoration and subsequent tube production. Laminate consists of a barrier layer, outer and inner polyethylene layers and two adhesive layers. Laminate tubes are the most common type of high-safety package for personal care products like creams, ointments, masks, toothpastes, gels, etc.

Compared to any other type of tubes, laminate tubes have a series of advantages:

  • They are aesthetic: after using the contents the tube gets its initial form without any deformations (unlike aluminum tubes).
  • They allow printing complex photorealistic images (unlike aluminum and extrusion tubes).
  • They are easy to deliver: a tube does not require an individual pack.
We have mastered laminate printing on tubes to pack toothpastes, creams and other products of personal care including make-up, parapharmaceutical products as well as food products: various pastes, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, condensed milk, jams, honey, etc. The above list also includes repellents, sealers, greases, glues, hardeners.
